Something Special Big Band is a Contemporary Big Band based in the New York area, playing timeless music of the Big Bands. We are noted for playing original arrangements of such greats as Count Basie, Duke Ellington, Maynard Ferguson, Frank Sinatra, Chicago and Blood, Sweat & Tears.
